Anionic PAM Used as Paper Making

Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a linear polymer with the chemical formula (C3H5NO)n. It is a hard vitreous solid at room temperature, and its products include glue, latex and white powder, translucent beads and flakes. Good thermal stability. It can be dissolved in water in any proportion, and the aqueous solution is a uniform and transparent liquid. After long-term storage, the viscosity of the solution will decrease due to the slow degradation of the polymer, especially when the storage and transportation conditions are poor.

Note: Our product can be made upon your special request.

We can provide water treamtent solutions and technical service along with chemicals and equipments.
Product Advantages:

1. Easy to dissolve, dissolve time 40min.
2. High efficiency.
3. High molecular, molecular weight 10million.
4. High purity, without impurity.

Application:
Used in Sludge Dewatering
It is mainly used for the sludge dewatering and decrease the rate of water content of sludge.
When dewatering, it produces large flocs, does not stick to the filter cloth, and does not disperse during the filter press. The mud cake is thick and the dehydration efficiency is high.
Used in the treatment of organic waste water

The effect of cationic polyacrylamide is better than anionic, nonionic and inorganic salts for several times or tens of times higher, because this kind of waste water is generally with negative charge.

Purification of raw water from rivers and lakes
Polyacrylamide can be used for the treatment of tap water with river water as the source of water. Because of its low dosage, good effect and low cost, especially when used in conjunction with inorganic flocculants.
Used in Paper Making Industry

It can be used for paper making to improve dry and wet strength of paper and to improve dry and wet strength of paper and to increase the reservation of tiny fibers and fillings.

Other applications Fields

As oilfield additives, such as clay anti-swelling it is a thickening agent for oilfield acidification; it can play a great role in textile sizing agent, stable sizing performance, less sizing, low breakage rate of fabric, and smooth cloth surface.

PAM has a wide range of applications such as water treatment, oil mining, textile, papermaking, mineral processing, medicine, agriculture and other industries.
Application Method
1.Dissolution: Dissolve solid PAMto 1‰—5‰ water solution before using. When dosage, it should be added into water slowly to ensure that the chemical can be dissolved
2.Solution dosage: Normallythe water solution is 1‰—5‰, but with high concentration and high viscosity suspension, it is advised to dilute water solution to 0.1‰ to get a better (Trying to avoid using high-shear centrifugal pumps to dissolve the solution to prevent the molecular chain from being cut)
3.Compared with anionic PAM, cationic onehas lower molecular weight, so does the Therefore, cationic and nonionic PAM have higher concentration ratio than anionic PAM. Recommended concentration is 1‰—5‰.
